Connect an AI assistant

Let Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant see projects, tasks and calendar – book, move and remove meetings, add and update tasks for you.

Your server link

Paste this link into your AI assistant:

ChatGPT

  1. Open chatgpt.com settings → Connectors → Advanced and turn on Developer mode (heed the risk notice). If unavailable, ask a ChatGPT admin.
  2. Open chatgpt.com/plugins#settings/Connectors?create-connector=true – the "New plugin" dialog opens.
  3. Paste the app name (Office Planning Room Online) and the server link above into the name and URL fields.
  4. Review the details, check "I understand and want to continue" (ChatGPT shows this for every custom server), then click "Create".
  5. Enable the app from the chat composer, then ask ChatGPT to use it.

Claude

  1. Click the button below – Claude opens with the name and link already filled in.
  2. Review the details and click "Add".
  3. If the form does not open: open Claude's Connectors page, choose "Add custom connector", name it and paste the server link.
  4. Enable the connector from the chat composer, then ask Claude to use it.

Claude Code

Run this command in a terminal:

  1. Run the command above in a terminal.
  2. Start Claude Code and run /mcp to confirm the app is connected. Sign in from that menu if asked.
  3. Ask Claude Code to use the app.

Other AI assistants

  1. Open the assistant's settings for MCP servers or custom connectors.
  2. Create a remote MCP server connection.
  3. Name the connection and paste the server link.
  4. Finish any sign-in or authorization prompts.
  5. Enable the connection, then ask the assistant to use the app.

After the app has been updated

A connected assistant saves the tool list. When we publish new features, refresh the connection:

  • ChatGPT: Open the Plugins page, select the app, scroll to "Information" and click "Refresh". If the link changed, delete the app and repeat the steps above.
  • Claude: Open the Connectors page, select the connector and refresh its tools. If the link changed, remove it and repeat the steps above.
  • Claude Code: Start a new session – it loads the latest tools automatically. If the link changed, run claude mcp remove office-planning-room-online and then the command above again.
  • Others: Open the connection's settings and refresh the tool list or reconnect.

The first time you connect, you sign in with your normal account and choose "Approve". The assistant only sees your company and can only do what you are allowed to do.
